Refund / Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at office@ryans.ae. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return policy

If any of our products fall below the standard you expect, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below.

• Return Process To initiate a return, contact our customer service with your order details. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

•  Return Eligibility Products can be returned within 1-2 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Certain products, such as personalized items, cannot be returned.

•  The product should be in the same condition as you received it

•  Product package should be intact as received, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories. Basically, nothing should be missing from the package you receive.

•  Products should have 'Retail Packaging' (Sealed/Closed Box) and still be with its Original Seal 

•  Product should not be used or damaged

•  Product should not be from a specific category like customized/tailored or made to order products such as customized gift items, products marked as “Special Order” or print production jobs.

•  Defective products that are covered under manufacturer's warranty and Products should not be tampered with or have missing serial numbers
   

Our refund policy

All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 2 day period if the product is found to be Faulty,  in such cases the product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all correct cables that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed. After the 2 day window for refund of faulty products any product that becomes faulty after this period will be subject to the manufactures warranty, Ryans.ae customer support can assist in directing you to a Ryan's International LLC location, so that after sales service with the supplier can be arranged. (where applicable)
Any product past the initial period of refund as set out above and after the manufacturer warranty period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.
 
Courier delivered products

If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we can arrange a courier collection for its return. Please make sure courier collected products are well packaged for their return journey all outer packaging must be in the condition it was received in.

How to exchange or replace a product
In case of an incident where a replacement product may be required again please contact the customer services team who will arrange this in line with the Terms & Conditions for replacement and/or faulty products.

Delivery charges
If you have told us you're going to return all of your order within three working days of receiving it due to faulty products we will refund your delivery charge in full. If you're only returning some of the products, or all of the products but after the three working day period, your delivery charge will not be refunded and further charges for uplift may apply.

Getting your refund
If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the card you used to pay and will be as per the next billing cycle once we've received your returned product on Ryan's approval. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
 
Electrical and Electronics returns
All the cables and connections must be intact with proper manufacturer packaging and
labels, Manufacturer warranty only applies for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Additionally, the product has to be returned within 2 days for the purchase date.
